Contact your host by fax or secure submission and ask them to unlock your domain for transfer, you may be able to do this if you have a domain control panel

At the same time obtain an AUTH code from your current registration provider.

Iform us that you have completed this, let us know we will commence setting up hosting your domain

The Administration Contact will recieve an email with instructions. The Administrative contact MUST follow the instructions given in the email within three days, to confirm that they are happy for the transfer to go ahead. If prompted, they should quote the previously obtained AUTH code.

IF THE EMAIL IS IGNORED OR NOT FOLLOWED CORRECTLY THE TRANSFER WILL FAIL

Once you have responded to the email, let us know.

We will then host the domain in accordance with your requirements, it is important we know which package you require as the domain may have to be re-installed should your requirements change

We then need to know mailbox requirements so that we can se up standard or advanced mail boxes or just forwarders

(if there was a web site in existance) When all your files are loaded on to our servers we will update the DNS

Your domain will now be hosted with us & we will send our Welcome letter explaining the facilities we offer

DNS can take 24-72 hours to change so please be patient!

Transfer a UK domain	UK TLD domain transfer procedue
Pre-requisites	You must be the owner contact for the domain The owners email address is correct in date and a valid, functional mailbox. The domain has been registered for more than 60 days. The domain is not 'on hold' with the current registrar (ie because of payment or renewal issues). The domain has at least 40 days away from renewal. Another transfer request has not been made in the past twelve days. If you are unsure please contact us before commencing the procedure
Procedure	Your existing host will probably require a fax on headed letter paper, or some other means of identification such as first and last characters of your password used to access your domain, or a secure submission. You may be able to do this in your domain control panel, if not send a fax requesting an IPS TAG change to FASTHOSTS In the fax, inform your hostmaster you require the IPS TAG on your domain changed to FASTHOSTS Once this is completed, let us know.
